Tips: How to Wrap

It will take about 15-22 wraps for a full body wrap depending up on how much your client weighs.

Instructions for Clay & Mud formula Wraps

Measure.
Follow the guidelines on the measurement chart marking each place in order to measure in the exact same spot after the wrap.
Applying the Formula. Apply the clay or mud formula directly to the body in a thin layer one section at a time.
Wrapping.
Using wraps that have been soaking in plain hot water or in the Aloe or Herbal formula, start wrapping at the ankle (or furthest point from the heart) and wrap toward the heart. Continue to do one body part at a time starting with the legs, then midsection, then arms and upper body.
In the Wraps.
When finished wrapping, put on the sauna suit and shoe covers. While in the wrap light exercises can be done such as walking on a treadmill or sit in a sauna or under a warm or electric blanket, or just sit or lie down. Just be sure that they are kept warm.

Remind your client to Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day to flush the toxins out of their system and to eat properly and exercise.
